In some circumstances you can arrange with a nurse to get a repeat prescription for a regular medication by phone. This is at the discretion of your doctor who has the clinical and medico-legal responsibility to medically review you and may ask that you make an appointment.

To help this process please phone at least one week before your medication runs out as some of our doctors are not here every day. It will also take one working day for the request to be approved and script available. You can discuss options for collection, faxing to a pharmacy or posting a script and the fees for these services with the nurse.  Citymed Pharmacy offer a courier service for some medications (fees apply).  Contact them directly if you wish to use this service.
