Family Planning Services

These include advice and information about contraceptive choices, pregnancy planning and under18 sexual health services.  Our services are all confidential.

We can prescribe contraceptive pills and other contraceptive devices, as required, including insertion of IUCD and mirena’s.

Doctors can refer patients for sterilisation procedures and CityMed can provide vasectomy operations and vasectomy reversals on site.

Pregnancy Care

We are able to diagnose pregnancy and advise about and provide prenatal, pregnancy and post-natal care but we do not provide LMC (lead maternity carer - the one who delivers your baby) services.

Our nurses are highly skilled and happy to provide some phone advice to our patients when appropriate.  Information packs for pregnancy are available and we will discuss referral to midwives or obstetricians.

We are happy to provide care for new babies including all childhood vaccinations and well child checks.
